Guildhall Chamber
Our largest event space is the Guildhall Chamber. It is flooded with natural daylight, surrounded by royal portraits of the last five centuries and lit by glittering chandeliers (on loan from the Royal Collection Trust on behalf of The Monarch). It is also furnished with hand carved chairs made of wood from Windsor Great Park.
With high ceilings and striking period features, the Chamber provides a stunning backdrop for events of up to 100 guests. The room layout can be adjusted to your needs and number of guests.

The Ascot Room offers a smaller, more intimate space. Decorated with beautiful stained-glass windows and royal portraits, it has its own story to tell. It was the location chosen by Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla for their marriage in April 2005, as well as by Sir Elton John and David Furnish for their civil partnership ceremony in December 2005. Accommodating up to 60 seated guests and 65 for a reception, the Ascot Room is a truly magnificent place to be entertained.

Corn Market
Underneath the building is an area known as the Corn Market with elegant pillars which provide shelter on those days when the weather takes a turn for the worse.
Overlooking Windsor High Street, it provides the perfect space for guests to sip champagne or to watch the iconic Changing of the Guard ceremony as the guards march past on their way to Windsor Castle (selected days).
